Hypnotherapy and NLP

Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation concentration and heightened awareness similar to day-dreaming or being lost in thought or completely absorbed in something for example a book or a film. It is a state where you are completely awake and aware and in control at all times.

Hypnosis is generally induced through relaxation and it is when we are relaxed that we are able to look at our problems with more clarity and perhaps find solutions we had previously missed.

With the guidance of a Hypnotherapist you are able to resolve current blockages, old patterns can be dropped and new opportunities discovered.

NLP or Neuro-Linguistic Programming is about the connection between the brain and nervous system neuro and the way we represent our perceptions through language linguistic.

We live and experience much of our lives through talking and how we speak of ourselves our lives and how we see things reveals our true expectations and beliefs. Harnessing these ideas and expressing them in a more positive way provides a means of moving away from unwanted responses and towards desired results.

Both Hypnotherapy and NLP can help with habits such as smoking, anxiety, fears and lack of self confidence, pain control, childbirth, depression, illness and disease, improving relationships, sleep and phobias.
